Balancia ends second working visit Khujand

Assigned by EBRD (European bank for Reconstruction and development), a study for the improvement of the public transport in Khujand (Tajikistan) is at this moment carried out. As subcontractor of Corporate Solutions, Balancia is part of the international team who undertakes the study in this Central Asian city. Last week, Balancia has finished its second working visit to Khujand. During the first working visit (in April 2010), the emphasis was on data collection and an Inception Report, while in the second visit, the emphasis was on forming a new Public Transport Strategy for Khujand. Within this framework, a workshop for related parties also took place last week. The short video below gives a picture of how the current public transportations in Khujand looks like.
